Look in your compile JCL's EXEC statement's PARM for your compiler options like DYNAM.

YOU WILL HAVE PARM=DYNAM OR NODYBAM IN STEPS NOT IN THE JOB


THE DEFAULT COMPILER OPTION IS NODYNAM i.e. STATIC
