Reg Accessing IMS DB Using ODBC Drivers

Hi All,

I am trying to explore the possible ways and methods to retrieve the data from IMS DB database using the ODBC drivers.

Could someone give some pointers from where I can start and continue my learning.

what happened when You googled with ims odbc drivers ?

I googled with IMS DB ODBC DRIVERS keyword. I am unable to find the right source or materials to start with.

I got few product/software names like Attunity Connect, CONNX, Arbutus Software, etc...

I want to learn, how to access the data directly from IMS from Java application using ODBC drivers.

I will go through the IBM RedBooks.

then You should probably look for a JDBC driver

the ibm redbooks have quite a lot of info on the subject
