Hi,

I want to verify an user via 'CA-Top Secret', when he is trying to invoke the CICS transaction from distributed system. I know how to do it, if the user is using any CICS terminal, but as here, no terminal is associated, the top secret (TSSCAI) call is returning bad return code.

Please let me know you have any suggestions.

My suggestion is to contact CA directly. They have a FAQS page and I'm sure this is listed.
