Is it possible to FTP a PDS Member along with its original creation date.

I have a member XXXXXX with the creation date as 20100101

Can i put that member XXXXXX to a destination p/c with the same date as 20101010 as the creation/modification date.

If we do can FTP it will take the current date as the creation/mofication date in the destination.. so it there way to keep the date as same as in mainframes and in local p/c?
