Invoking CPSM from Rexx to Close Files

Hi,

Can anyone advise how to invoke CPSM from Rexx and close the files in different CICS regions.

If I'm not mistaken, sample REXX is provided by IBM. Check the different PDS's supplied with your given CICS Version/Release, such as SAMPLIB, etc.

Also seek assistance from your Tech Support personnel and/or CICS SYSPROG(s).

Unless i misunderstand something, i believe you were advised that you do not need multiple file closes . . . There is really one file?

Dick,

You're right. I didn't realize this was the same OP.

However, CPSM is for CICSPlex environments, but he had indicated previously that his shop does NOT use CICSPlex.
