Could you please suggest, how get current date in HEADER1 in format OCTOBER 8, 2013. Thanks

Look at all the date options which are available for HEADER1. If none of those are suitable for your user, you will have to do the formatting yourself.

Here is a recent example,

You should search for possible solutions before posting, and make use of all that you have picked up from Frank and Kolusu to be able to apply a solution to your particular requirement. If you get stuck, post the code you have, with sample input, output produced and expected output. All neatly in the Code tags.
