Hi,

I need a help on the IBMLOAD utility.

In this am using both COPYDDN and RESUME YES and my requirement is i want to load the tables every day without overwritting or deleting the existing data.

If we use both COPYDDN and RESUME YES , wouldnt be a problem?

Regards
Karthik

COPYDDN is used to take an inline imagecopy of the table getting loaded.
Why not take a separate imagecopy and load with RESUME YES?

Hi Katrthik,

Please check whether COPYDDN and RESUME YES combination is possible. As per DB2 V8, COPYDDN can be used only with REPLACE option.
Please confirm yourself.

Regards
Raghunathan

Hello,

When you check, make sure you read the rules for the release of DB2 you are using. Sometimes "things" change . . .
