Lovely! and when you searched the forum and the manual what did you come up with and what, if anything, is the problem?

OK, OK, hint: look for RESIZE (I think).

Edit: Your topic title says 2 records but your example shows 3.
Also: do not search in the manual links at the top of the screen - tehy are out of date. Use the links in the "sticky" topice at the top oof the DFSort/ICETOOL section of the forum.
