Hi,
I have a scheduled job which uses IBM's FTP utility to transfer files to PC each day.
However, before I run this process I have to manually create a Folder on PC with Folder name of the pattern DDMMCCYY (DD = Day,MM = Month, CCYY = Year, ex 4 July 2013 will be 04072013).
Is there any way that I can create folders on Windows PC using JCL so that all manual work is removed. |

Wait wait wait...
IBM FTP to a PC?? Is the PC running an FTP server to which the mainframe job connects?
Or do you mean that you are sitting at a PC and running the FTP using a command window (or IBM mainframe emulator)?
These make a BIG difference. |
