My surname is an uncommon one, but not a complicated one; five letters, two consonants, three vowels, pronounced about as written (given the caveat that English orthography can be a bit unobvious). Simple, right?
If I had a dollar for every time it has been misspelled or mispronounced, I could have retired long ago. |

I agree with Mr. Bill's post (2nd on this thread). I appreciate learning from those who know more than I do or have a better or alternate solution, and I enjoy "paying it forward" when I can. |
