Hi,
Can you please help with the JCL to execute PL/1 code directly.
I need this JCL for running some basic test on variables, especially when I want to created formatted output files.
I mean a JCL where I can declare Pl/1 variables and can see the results of it by submitting the JCL(compilation and Link should be taken care in itself).
Cheers,
Srini |

ask Your support,
whatever jcl we might post,
it will not match Your organization standards and naming conventions and it will have to be modified.
just ask the people who know Your system setup
or extract the info from the PL/I manuals starting from ...
www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/os/zos/bkserv/index.html |

Use the SJ command against job output in SDSF of a PL/I compile/link job, and start hacking away at it. |
