Hi All !
How can one create weekly ,monthy ,yearly reports using GDG in JCL about some daily transaction ?

Anu,
Still your query is not clear. You mean to say that you want to create four GDG's from an already existing GDG that gets updated daily?

Here I am assuming that your daily transaction is saved in a GDG.
For this create the 3 GDG Base, one for weekly, one for Monthly an done for Yearly.
Create 3 jobs
First job schedule weekly, which copy Last 6/7 generation into Weekly new generation. and if you think you can delete the daily file
Second job Schedule MOnthly which copy last 4/5 generation.
3rd job schedule Yearly which copy 12 generation of Monthly file. If you think you can delete the Monthly generation for space issue.
