Hi,

i know first four lines gives the formatted text of SQLCODE,SQLSTATE, SQLERRP and SQLERRD. But, i would like to know other 6 line item. I have n't come across those. And also i want to know how this DSNTIAR will work for positive sqlcode.

Don't comment any question like foolish request... few question might be foolish for you. But this might be helpful for begginers who doing google.

I repeat: a foolish request.

I just Googled "DSNTIAR". I got 3,160 results. The first three links were to the IBM documentation on DSNTIAR.

The number of posts on these fora whining "I Googled 'X' and couldn't find anything", followed by someone else writing "I Googled 'X' and got eleventy-thousand results, with what you're looking for on the first page", is simply appalling.

this is not a beginners' forum.
the Student and beginners forum is found here: ibmmainframeforum.com/

which is where you should take questions,
such as yours.

The way to a productive experience here at the forum is to NOT try to do battle with the senior members and moderators . . .

If someone replies in a manner you do not approve, it is most often best to Not post a reply in the topic. If you feel as though you simply Must reply, send the poster a PM - but do not be surprised if the reply is more harsh than the forum reply.

Keep in mind that pretty much everyone here is here to help/teach.

There are different ways to accomplish this - not all of them favorably received by everyone.

Suggest you learn from this, not be damaged by it.
