DB2 Utility to repair and unload the tablespace

Hi

can anybody tell about the db2 utilites which does the following function.

repair,unload as whole tablespace,load,unload the partition tablespace etc.

where can i get the details?

what is reorgs in DB2?

If anybody know anything please share with me..

U can perform all these functions in utilities like BMCDB2, PLATINUM, DB2L.

Hi

Load utility is used to load tables from prod to test.
By using load jcl we can load tables.
For a large table it is better to use load for loading
a table.

If u are using Qmf in ur project , u can use
SAVE DATA AS Command to save datas in a table
and after that by using insert we can load datas frm this table.

Unload utility is used to unload tables either from prod to test or
from test to test. By using Unload jcl we can unload tables.

In both Load and Unload Sysrec and Syspunch are the
important thngs. It vll contain the actual data in a file format.
