most certainly You did not install it(*), it came already installed with Your zOS
what You are doing are just the POST install/integration steps

Your support should know
SMPPROC is the standard/placeholder name for the SMP procedure used to apply maintenance to Your system
(*) in this case You shoukd know the SMP Procedure name used

did You run - as per TWS customization instructions - the TWO jobs to build the relevant exits ???
seems not

look at TWS830.SEQQSAMP for the members starting with EQQJES2
and proceed accordingly

if You/Your support were not capable(*) of following the proper costumzation procedures
whining on a forum is just going to be a waste of time for everybody!

(*) the question on SMPPROC puts Your/Your support competence under a very bad light

why not starting to read a bit about TWS Yourself ....
for example starting from
www.redbooks.ibm.com
to arrive after having searched for TWS
( yust one of the most promising link ) here
www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247156.html?Open

IBM Redbooks provide much more info than the plain manuals
the manuals are pretty smart on telling the <syntax> of the <commands>
the Redbooks tell/explain how and when to use them

but also the plain TWS documentation should give You quite a bit of hints starting from

www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/os/zos/bkserv/zappls4.html

where You can choose the bookshelf for Your TWS level
Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS V8R1 Online Product Library
and start reading for example
Getting Started
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/EQQTGS00/CCONTENTS?SHELF=EQQTBK00&DN=SH19-4542-00&DT=20020717114455

tws needs quite a bit of customizations to start with ...
WORKSTATIONS and friends for example

just activating the exits and starting tws is not enough

most probably You meant TWS icon_wink.gif
Yup, corrected, thanx!

IMO the TS does not have any support,
he is playing by himself with the zOS 1.10 ADCD

The IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS sample library that was created during installation contains a sample EQQUX007 exit written in assembler language. This sample exit reports batch-job errors to the Information/Management product.
