Advantages of COBOL over Assembler

Hi All,
I am searching for the advantages of COBOL over Assembler, basically I work on COBOL/DB2/CICS and don’t have much experience of Assembler programming. I searched a lot but didn’t get much comparison.

Could you please help me on this and provide me some document/web-link if you have? I am sorry if I reposted this but I didn’t get this kind of post before.
