In which sysibm table I can schema and SQL id values for a particular database?

Which ones have you looked in? Do you have the SQL quick-reference? It has the columns in each SYSIBM table. A quick browse through there should get you there. If you have the PDF version it shouldn't take long to do an electronic search.
