Input file having as Rows

2345677
13235

I want to add those two and subtract with 45667777 and divide with same number to find out percentage.

Please let me know is there any way to do in ICETOOL or DFSORT.

kvamsy,
Are you going to have multiple records or these are the only 2 records in a file?

If there are multiple records, do you want totals at any control break? if yes, please provide control break key fields?

What is the LRECL and RECFM of the input file? What is the data type for the field that you want to sum and data type for the output field?

Show us an example of expected output.

Thanks,

From what I read it is Addition, subtraction, and division but no multiplication.

First, you have to do a better job of explaining what it is exactly that you want to do.

Show an example of the records in your input file (relevant fields only) and what you expect for output. Explain the "rules" for getting from input to output. Give the starting position, length and format of each relevant field. Give the RECFM and LRECL of the input file.
