Hi,
As i am looking for a helping hand, it will be more appreciate if anyone provide me a sample JCL and setup guidance to compile a COBOL-XML program.
Actually my COBOL-XML program is coded to convert the XML data to binary/flat file data and vice versa.
Thanks in Advance.

Have you tried with your normal compile JCL? What problem did you get? |

Does the manual say that you need a different way to compile? |

Since Enterprise COBOL supports XML PARSE and XML GENERATE statements, there's no need for any special compile procedure. If you are doinng something else, using a different compiler, or using an independent software vendor product then you'll need to talk to someone AT YOUR SITE about the compile requirements. Since every site customizes their compile process differently, anything anyone on this forum told you might -- or might not -- work at your site. |
