Hi All,
I have PSB and Bindplan for a IMS program. After making changes to the program i need to Generate the PSb and BINDPLAN. What would be teh sequence for doing the same. 1st will be the program and last would be the Link. what would be the 3rd and 4th?
1) Program
2)?
3)?

What do you call as "Bindplan"? You might have a DB2 Plan and might BIND it. A DB2 plan is an executable module while BINDing is a process, haiving said that - what is "Bindplan"? |

Hi Anuj,
Bind plan is a DB2 Plan:
for example we have the plan as:-
PLAN(ABCD55) -
Where ABCD55 is the plan name and also the source is also the having the same name.
The bindplan is the type that endevor gives to teh plan.
Now coming to the question what would be the recompilation order? |

If the PSB is brand-new, generate it first, however, as worded in above quote, if only the program is changed - compile and bind. So to fill in the places for "?":
) Program
2) PSB
3) BIND
