Hi,
We are planning to delete some components from our production libraries.I have created a package and added all the components using scratch utility. What;s the next step after adding the components to the package?
Do I need to PROMOTE and AUDIT the package?
When I am trying to FREEZE the package I am getting the error as 'FREEZE ERROR'.
Please let me know the steps to be followed for scratching components. Thanks in advance. |

1 - the manual
2 - your changeman administrators
3 - what the process is site specific |

As Nic indicated - such things are strictly site-specific. Ask some "senior" around, co-worker, Lead...someone at your site. Said that - this is not the kind of question, you'll turn to forum for. |

Hello,
Many (most) organizations have someone responsible for Configuration Management support. They should be able to tell you how this is done in your organization. |
