Hi All,

i am using IBM-Fuction to Convert UTF8 format EBCDIC format..as we can expect some NLS character in input.

Please advice on below

1) IBM Function support NLS character or Not ?

What version/release of COBOL are you using (minimum must be COBOL/370 (around 18 years ago), which first introduced FUNCTIONs) and then review this associated documentation.

You may also want to check whether a similar LE (Language Environment) Callable Service routine is available as a substitute and/or alternative.

Your LE version/release should match your z/OS version/release. If you don't know the version/release, consult with your site's MVS (z/OS) Sysprog(s) or Technical Services group.
