Hi,
everytime i log-on on ISPF, i need to enter this command TSO PROF INTERCOM to turn on the notifiers. Once i log-off from ISPF, the PROFILE is reset to what it was earlier - NOINTERCOM

If there a way to permanently save my profile? like if there is a Dataset in which all these Parms are defined, i can just go change them.

Otherwise I am trying to use the LOGON.CLIST dataset, but do not know what command to enter in the dataset to achieve the above

PROF INTERCOM is the command; prefixing it with "TSO" simply informs ISPF to pass it on to native TSO rather process it itself.

PROFILE LIST

PROFILE NOINTERCOM
PROFILE LIST
( showed NOINTERCOM )
logoff/logon
PROFILE LIST
( showed NOINTERCOM )
again
PROFILE INTERCOM
PROFILE LIST
( showed INTERCOM )
logoff/logon

from the ISPF command line in the primary menu
TSO PROFILE LIST
( showed INTERCOM )

From z/OS V1R12.0 TSO/E Command Reference:
Quote:
If PROFILE changes do not remain from session to session, your installation might have a LOGON pre-prompt exit that is preventing the saving of any changes in the UPT. Verify this with your system programmer.
