Jobtrac not starting jobs - awaiting submission only

Hi, guys! My firm it's installing Jobtrac, TNG and other tools... Jobtrac it's installed, but even with all predecessors OK, without time dependency, no manual resources, nothing... the job keeps 'halted' with the message AWAITING SUBMISSION . Nothing it's running together. I observed, too, that when I try to use the CA11 tool to restart a job the message 'JOB is in "P" status'. I donĀ“t know if it's related or not ... Anyone ? Tks.

Suggest you open an issue with CA Support. As your organizatino is just getting started with these products, CA would be the best place to ask.

Hello,

Maybe timing is different where you are, but i usually get the initial reply from CA in a few hours or less. . .
