Basic questions .........................

What documentation have you referred to for this error, what did you find, and what problems do you have with following the suggestions made in said documentation.

Tell us what you have researched already for yourself so that others do not waste their time doing the same.
Show us that you have tried something other than just post on the forum.

Hi Expat,

I saw the DB2 documentation and it is saying below. It seems this explanation is saying for COBOL/DB2 program. But I am not sure how it relate to SPUFI. Please advise.

Explanation: When the system detects an error in internal IBM DATABASE 2
(DB2¦) processing, it will abnormally end a connected user task (TCB) or
one of its own internal tasks. For information about the reason codes
associated with this abend code, see DB2 Messages and Codes.

System Action: The system abnormally ends the connected user task or the
DB2 internal task.

Application Programmer Response: Check register 15 of the SDWA section
'General Purpose Registers at Time of Error', and locate the accompanying
reason code. In addition, check the information displayed at the user's
terminal, and in the corresponding logrec data set entry.

System Programmer Response: If the error recurs and the program is not in
error, look at the messages in the job log for more information. Search
problem reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists,
contact the IBM Support Center. Provide the SYSOUT output for the job and
the logrec data set error record.

Always a good starting point is to post the JCL that was submitted and the output with any messages and codes that were issued

Hi Expat,

My issue is related to DB2 SPUFI tool and not related to application program.I am getting this error while executing query in SPUFI and not in DB2 program. So I have only choice to show the error message. If I have any job details I would have pasted in my first post itself. I am sorry about this.

You should be able to find any additional messages produced, and supply those. Or did you check that already?

googling for 00C50104 , quickest way around, will return quite a few hits ( pointing to the IBM manuals )
here one of them
publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/dzichelp/v2r2/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.db2z10.doc.codes%2Fsrc%2Ftpc%2F00c50104.htm
where it tells what to do
fortunately/unfortunately we do not belong to Your organization
so You are on Your own to carry the actions suggested by the manuals

PS.
sadly there might not be too many additional messsages !
