As per my knowledge you can use the same copy of program in endevor for any thing whether it may for executing or compiling until and unless those two have different names.
If you are in Production support just get the Processor Group of the program which you want to use( that u can get by putting 'M' beside the program where we put 'b' for browsing the program)
Then add the same program to endevor with some other name and specify the processor group while adding the pgm so that endevor will consider it as a new program
Try it and let me know if are able to do, if not I will send you the attachemnt clearly with what to do by steps.
