Hi Experts,

Last week, I had to pull huge data from the tapes. So, I gave the GDG base to copy the tape to a Dataset. The job abended! When checked, I found that the LRECL of some generations were different from the rest.

So, I had to check the LRECL of similar Generations and concatenate them and pull the required data.

Is there a way to specify just the range for concatenation in JCL ???

For instance
Code:
From  site.test.ftp.G3000v00 to site.test.ftp.G3030v00
???

Or any other way that makes it easier when concatenating in JCL ??

Thanks!
