Hello,

For whatever reason you posted a reply to a topic that is mostly unrelated and has been inactive for 5 years. When you have what is basically a new question, you need to start a new topic in the proper part of the forum.

While the job may have been available at some time, it appears not to be when the error was raised. Suggest you read all of the info about this error message - i don't have SAR available.

Someone on your systems supports this - you should talk with them.

Hello,
I too have faced this strange error"not found in master index", eventhough the job is present in SAR icon_neutral.gif
To work around this, I used to give a wildcard in SYSIN with not more than 4 characters for the job name, something like this,
Code:
/LIST ID=ZIPD* EXCP=' '

Once you get the LIST output, you could extract the required job alone using SORT or any other method.
Try it out, it may work.

Hope it helps.
