Hello Group,
We have an urgent requirement for Control-M/UC4 production support. Selected candidates will be travelling onsite for 9 weeks of Knowledge Transition. Below are the set of responsibilities one will be performing in the project -
1. Good experience in handling Production Support projects
2. Should be able to expedite the issues to Support Managers in case of any system failure
3. Supervise and manage the team on all tasks. Pro-actively monitor all production environments.
4. Ensure that the file transfer from and to third party clients system take place on time
5. Prepare management reports and statistics – daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc
6. Drive SLA adherence within the team
7. Participate in deployment, system testing, UAT (onsite and offshore).
Experience - 3+ years
