Hi

i am very new to work with ims-db . Can anyone give a brief explanation on debugging of cobol ims-db program. we have xpeditor tool in our shop.

Any colleagues in your shop? It is orders of magnitude easier for them to help with this requirement.

search the internet. i know that there are some sites (one) that have tutorials (maybe this one?)

enter in google
debug program in xpeditor
hit enter,
start looking at the results.

why post in ims section ?
Isnt this a debug/training/spend type of query ?

If there is something you dont understand about IMS...
post what has happened/what you tried/what you dont understand
