Hello,

I have a common SAS program which runs in many LPARS and maybe sometimes on PC.
Is it possible to get the name of the operating system using SAS into some variable or dataset, so the OS name could be populated on the title of the report. If yes could you please let me know how to proceed.

Thanks in advance,

And also for no apparent reason my posts count keeps decreasing day by day, I was excited to become 'active member' two days back when I had 496 posts, and after I made 2 posts here www.ibmmainframes.com/viewtopic.php?t=54348&highlight=, it reduced to 494 & now when I was posting this it was 491. :S

@Anuj
ya as you may already aware, 500 or more = active member, currently im 'active user'.
Something I consider on the positive sense, is like getting promoted from software trainee to a software engineer. icon_biggrin.gif
