Since what I wanted to say had nothing to do with the thread on which I wanted to post,
i am posting my story here:

the same people who write bad goto's
the same ones who can't understand the concept of

   VARYING ...
     AFTER ...
      UNTI ...
        OR ...
        OR ...
        OR ...
        OR ...

(or appreciate the sculpured code)
or the concept of paragraphs/sections

My take is this:
they should not mix them
  • because for some reason
    • they won't accept the fact
      • that if you need PARAGRAPHs within your SECTIONS
        • Make the PARAGRAPH References
        • the same in every section!!!
