Strong knowledge and Experience in Mainframe, COBOL, DB2, CICS, MQ, VSAM, JCL
Experience in Application development and Design work
Experience in financial services industry
Domain knowledge in Investments products like Equity Brokerage, Fixed Income Securities, Mutual Funds (advantage)
Provide timely and correct status report for the work managed by him/her
Able to work with all the stakeholders and SME of Business community
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and mediation skills
Strong organization skills; capable of operating independently with minimal direction
Experience in working with remote teams
Ability to understand and operate at both a detailed and high level
