Hi Sabarishas,

First you need to know the sub-system where is it needs to be created and you will be needing access to it.

You can get help from your collegues/DBA's in your shop, who have already done this.

Google this excellent redbook from IBM, which will give you all the details regarding the stored procedures "DB2 for zOS Stored Procedures Through the CALL and Beyond"

Thanks,
Sushanth

Thank you, Thank you, I'm here all week icon_smile.gif

At first I was really pondering on where to begin the explanation, but all steps without any background on the environment: "install DB2" was all I could come up with.

In fact, I begin with something like "This is beyond the scope of a Forum to explain...", compiled a long reply and when I preview...whoof -- your one liner seemed too mighty to post my reply..! icon_smile.gif
