need to ftp .bin load module to mainframe

I need to ftp a load module emailed to me in .BIN format to mainframe.
I am using msdos command prompt to upload the data. Can you please tell me the procedure
File name is hrhxioac.bin in c:\ prompt
mainframe destination is qatest.laodlib(hrhxioac)

My basic question is how do i accurately load a Binary format load module to mainframe frm PC.

Did the load module come from a mainframe? If not, why would expect a random load module to work on a mainframe?

If the load module came from a mainframe, what were the file transfer options used to download it? Since a load module requires a binary transfer, and it is not fixed length data, it is very difficult to transfer a load module to a PC and have it work on any mainframe -- ever -- again. It is possible to transfer a load module using programs such as AMATERSE to convert it into a fixed length record that can be transferred in binary, but that would depend upon what was done to the load module before it was transferred to the PC.
