VSAM I/O Return Code is 44

I have got below error message, when executing a IDCAMS repro step for a VSAM file (Both input and output are KSDS).

IDC3302I ACTION ERROR ON TEST.VSAM.FILE.INPUT
IDC3351I ** VSAM I/O RETURN CODE IS 44 - RPLFDBWD = X'0008002C'
IDC3302I ACTION ERROR ON TEST.VSAM.FILE.INPUT
IDC3308I ** DUPLICATE RECORD - KEY FOLLOWS:

But when I tried a restart, it has ended successfully. Both the input and output file has same catalog entry (including primary key length and position). The same scenario has happened a couple of times and any help regarding this failure will be helpful.

let me know, if more details regarding the file or error message is required.

Post the complete jcl and control statements from a failed run along with all of the diagnostic info generated by the run.

Follow through on the actions specified by the error codes given.
These actions can easily be found in the manuals.

This is a HELP forum and not a READ THE MANUALS FOR ME forum.
