Need explanation for COSUTILR & IKJEFT01 programs

can someone explain the functionality of COSUTILR & IKJEFT01 program that were used while cobol program compile

IKJEFT01 allows TSO programs (commands) to execute in batch. It is not a part of the standard COBOL compile.

I highly recommend you contact your site support group, team leader, or a coworker to explain to you what the COBOL program JCL at your site is, and what it is using these programs for, as nobody outside your site could possibly know that.
