Does CICS provide a user friendly interface like VB and Java/JSP/HTML?

If Yes, then how do we create buttons, text boxes and other objects which are available in VB and Java/JSP/HTML ?

If No, then whats the replacement for it ?
How does the user submit the data ?

Can an end user use CICS directly ? If Yes, could u give me some live examples of it ?

Is it user friendly like the other technologies which provide GUI?

Regards,
Anu.
