Hi,

If we want to search a string in a particular PDS which contains many MEMBERS, we wil use SRCHFOR option to find. Results will be displayed with "FOUND" in the "promopt" column and it shows the first occernce. For more occurences I do page down and see if there are any more occurences.

My question is can we found next occurence by giving some command or typing some option?

I hope, I could explain my question properly.

Regards,
KSK

Or double-click on the column heading.

Hi Vaszanth,

Pretty much any 3270-type emulator if this is available on the system.

Hi D,

In the PDS members listing If I hit enter on prompt column, then the members are sorted based on prompt column. But If I do a double click on the column heading as Pedro suggested it did not work. So I thought it was an emulator function.
I have TN3270 Plus for windows XP rel. 2.5.0 and I tried double clicking on a column and it did not work. So I was wondering if it was an enhancement on 3270 latest release or some other emulator like Attachmate Xtra or extreme.

Regards,

I probably left out a detail.

I use IBM's PCOMM emulator with Edit -> Preferences -> Hotspots -> with 'Enter at cursor position' checked on.

But I think it works because the panel is coded with point and shoot fields. You should be able to move the cursor with the mouse and then press Enter key.
