Hi,
We are in the process of determining the tools which are all used to find the long running transaction (LRT) in CICS.
We found that Omegamon XE with Netview can be used.other than this do we have any IBM or other vendor tools.

Yes, we have CA SYSVIEW for this.
SYSVIEW is a great performance monitoring and management tool not just for CICS alone.
Now with CA Technologies' Mainframe 2.0 initiative, you can do simply these tasks too.
