| The U prefix means user (as in program) -- so you need to find out which program generated the code, and consult the programmer or vendor about what the error means. There are no standard meanings to return codes, so a U2400 could mean, literally, anything. And there's no way we could even begin to help unless we know which program generated the code. |

Where did you search? The only place that is likely to provide the correct information is the documentation for the particular program or the actual code. |
