| I've inherited and AF/OPER installatiion that appears to have been left uncompleted. The automation CMDLIB members and associated REXX execs have been implemented, but the User Interface (ISPF dialog) is not set up, nor is the associated Testing Simulation. But there are no traces of an RTE (RunTime Environment) having been defined. I have located and implemented the Customizer, but when I attempt any of the functions that require an RTE or are supposed to bring up an RTE panel, none appears. Either it must be possible to create a "Full RTE" after the installation tasks are complete, or it must be possible to proceed with an "implicit" RTE and complete the implementation tasks. I have read all the manuals, including "Installation and Configuration of Candle Products" and "Configuration and Customization Guide". In neither of them can I find how to define an RTE (without being presented with the RTE panel in the Customizer dialog), not how to continue the implementation without an explicit RTE. |
