How can we Resolve -905

I am trying to load db2 tables from Unix to Mainframe( DB2) and its giving error -905

Unsuccessful Execution due to Resource limit being exceeded
RESOURCE NAME = "ASUTIME" Limit = "000000000045" CPUTIME = "000001800000 Service Time" Derived From "M000.DSNRLST01"
SQLSTATE = 57014


Any help on this will be appreciated

do it in a more performant way or
change the values in M000.DSNRLST01 (<= serious impact)
