I have a query that uses a join, it's running pretty slow. Please suggest how I can improve the performance. Is there any way to find out the cost and CPU time needed of the query?

There are many tools in market to help you out with CPU time for individual Query of program

For checking why your SQL running slow, Please EXPLAIN in spufi
