Hi
We have schedule a Job in CA7 to run at 11:00 AM. Sometimes it runs at 13:00 pm.
Can I know is there any way to findout why the delay happens?
This job doesn't wait for any other job completion. So no dependency.
Thanks

Maybe it got posted in the wrong part of the forum. Rather like this thread regarding a CA product being posted in the SMS & VSAM part |

You should get in contact with your operation People - they are responsible to work on such things and have such details available readily. It becomes more obvious to approach them as this delay might alos depend on many local site-standards, we can just provide you with some speculations not the exact anaswer/s. |

More than the scheduler can cause a wait. . .
If the class of this job is only in one initiator and something long-running in that initiator, this job will have to wait.
Suggest you speak with the system support people to determine exactly this job waits. . . |
