Without knowing a single thing about your site or either environment how can we.
Do you have shared DASD
Do you have shared catalogs |

Both the environment are ZOS.
Using NDM i am able to copy each member of PDS from Production to dev.
I need to copy all the members of PDS from PROD to another PDS in DEV. |

Why do you think that I bothered to ask the questions that I did.
Was it because I want you to ignore them, or WOW, maybe even answer them.
The easiest way is if there is shared DASD and catalogs. By catalogs I also include the aliases associated with the catalog.
Now, perhaps if you might just deem my questions as worthy of an answer we might be in a position to help you much easier. |

Have you considered using either IEBCOPY or ADRDSSU to tape. |

I read the bold text again and again and get confused, looks like both of them telling/asking the same thing? |

you can copy the complete pds from one environment to another
but, to copy members of a pds to a pds in another environment
you have to copy members.
it would be easier to copy the pds from one environment to another
and then
use the 3.3 ISPF option and copy the members from the newly created pds (via ndm) to your target pds.
NDM does not provide a facility to copy multiple members of a pds in one environment
to an existing pds in another environment

An IEBCOPY to a flat-file that you NDM to the target plex and then do an IEBCOPY restore from will do the trick. * Remember to backup your target PDS first! |

Hi !
You could use ADRDSSU with Backup-option on one system and then with Restore/Rename-option on the other system. For all kinds of files. |
