Hi all,
I have on my environment two aplications that you can check the result of a job run SAR, and JesMaster. I would like to know what option i should type on my jcl to result of the job be sent to SAR instead of JesMaster...

This is one of thoese questions which should be asked to your local supprt Team.
Most of the time these different Job archival systems are designated special MSGCLASS. At one of my shop, MSGCLASS=X would route the JES messages to SDSF and if then I needed to route it to JHS (Job Hostroy Sub-System, just another Job archival system) I'd write "H" on command-line, hit enter and then change the class to J. And the job will move to JHS. But then, it's all what happened at one shop. On another shop it was pretty different... |

Thanks for the help. Now with MSGCLASS="J" as you mentioned is working good, its routing the job to SAR....

My goodness, what I've done! Are you sure, have you verified this with someone at your shop that "J" is the correct MSGCLASS? |

Dont Worry... Before changing it I talked to someone from a team who works on Operations Manegement, this one actually told me the same as you did.
