the question is stupid/badly posed/outdated !
the right answer is ... depends on the CICS/TS version/release
it is necessary to read the cics manuals of each version to find out

anyway the options should really be
VTAM
TCAM ( routed from a remote system with full TCAM support )
TCAM ( local access method )
BTAM ( routed from a remote system with full BTAM support )
BTAM ( local access method )

the manuals will tell exactly
