Need help in grouping

The input file looks like below

AB123 2010-08-04-03.00.43.399514

The output will be the account which have the lower time stamp first

Expected output...

The input file looks like below

I believe that rather a lot more information is required than you have given here.

Sort product and release level being used.
DSORG, RECFM and LRECL of the input / output files.
What are the rules for getting from input to output.
