In Start 3.4, How can you search for the character ';'?
Using f ';' gives the message 'Incomplete string'.
I overcome this by typing f x'5E' which is the hex representation of ;, but it becomes cumbersome when ; is part of a bigger search string.

just go to option 0 ( ispf settings ) and change the command delimiter to something else |

Oh, hadn't thought of that.
Still, whatever delimiter is used, cannot be searched for, which is just a minor concern, I could change it everytime.

you could always write a short REXX Script to be executed as an edit macro,
which would not entail your changing your command delimiter. |
